Month of Coordination

For the couple who has completed most of the planning process but would like assistance tying up loose ends and maintaining contact with vendors to ensure a seamless orchestration of the event.

Our Month-Of Coordination Package Includes:

• Unlimited correspondence with your coordinator during the month prior to your wedding

• Site walk-through to go over layout and event flow

• Rehearsal orchestration

• Contact with vendors during the month prior to your wedding

• Creation of day-of itinerary and layout

• Distribution of final itinerary to vendors and bridal party

• 6 hours of supervision and direction of ceremony and reception set-up (with option of additional hours as needed)

• Placement of all personal items, favors, escort cards, etc

• Day-of event management and troubleshooting

• Distribution of final vendor payments and gratuities

• Guest and vendor liaison
